  The people who give this place a bad rating clearly aren't familiar with the place. We've been to church's in 6 different states and they all have the same issues. The chicken is worth it, period.
  
  My friend and I always stop here on our way to the beach from Richmond. We are very sad that all the church's in Richmond have closed and hope that this one doesn't close as well.
  
  Anyone who says they'd rather go to KFC is crazy. We don't mind waiting for fresh chicken to be cooked cause 1. Why wouldn't you want it fresh? And 2. The employees are always courteous and have always gotten our order right.
  
  We just ate our food and everything was fresh and piping hot. Thank you!

  This is my absolute favorite chicken place ever. Ever since I was little, I've loved church's chicken. And since they're all gone in northern Virginia then I was excited to come here and get some.
  The chicken took a while because there were so many people there But when I got it, it was hot and crispy. The chicken had been marinated obviously and was very tasty. I got the fries with mine and they were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would definitely come back here again. The folks who work here were really nice too, even though they were being slammed with customers.

  This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GET FOOD. Every gd time this place is out of chicken. Always a 20 min wait on a 15 piece.
  So from now on I will go to every other place for chicken but here. Not only are they always out of chicken but the employees have a "I don't give a fuc×" attitude. I'm here trying to spend 40 plus dollars.  Trying to just get some food. How bout yall just cook your gd chicken and keep cooking it all mother fuc*ing day!!!
  I mean the name of your business is Churches CHICKEN... CHICKEN  for the love of god.
  Have chicken when your paying customers want it. I guess KFC or Pollo Rico will have to do bc your funky business can't have their product ready. This Riverside location needs a much needed management improvement.
  But guess what.  I will not be coming here any longer. You lost a paying customer.

  I love Church's Chicken but this location ran out of EVERYTHING. We came around 6pm on a Sunday and they were out of spicy chicken! So we had to get all original. For the sides they were out of all of the sides except corn nuggest, mashed potatoes and fries... To make it even worse they were out of all the condiments... So sauce or anything, they didnt even have ketchup! So disappointing.. We only ate here cause we didnt wanna drive to a different location. Never again to this location though.

  I hate to admit I have been here more than once now.
  
  Chicken is almost always slightly undercooked and the staff is horrible. Corporate should just shut this location down to save any kind of loyalty to their brand.
